Official Rules
The following rules and restrictions pertain to the Bowling Green Golf Club’s Bowling Green FREE GOLF GIVE-AWAY drawing to be held at Bowling Green Golf Club, 53 Schoolhouse Road, Oak Ridge, NJ, 07438. Contest begins May 1, 2012 and ends May 31, 2012, 11:59 p.m. Drawing date: June 4, 2012.
ELIGIBILITY:
Drawing is open to the public. No purchase is required. Entry forms will be available between May 1, 2012 and May 31, 2012, at Bowling Green Golf Club, 53 Schoolhouse Road, Oak Ridge, NJ, 07438; Willowbrook Golf Center, 366 Route 46 Service Road East. Wayne, New Jersey 07470, and BowlingGreenGolf.com. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Drawing is open to New Jersey residents. Names, addresses and other information is for Bowling Green Golf Club exclusive use and will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes or to any other third party. Bowling Green will use information to notify winners of prize details and entrants who opt in to receive promotional communications from Bowling Green Golf Club will receive future communications. Bowling Green Golf Club employees and immediate family members, as well as Bowling Green Golf Club members are ineligible.

Limit one entry per person. Bowling Green Golf Club assumes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
PRIZE:
On June 4, Bowling Green Golf Club will conduct a random drawing to select 45 (forty-five) winners. Each winner will receive a round of golf with a value up to $99. Taxes included. No substitutions. Winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email. Prize must be claimed and round of golf must be played by December 31, 2012 or when weather dictates closing. No purchase necessary. Need not be present to win; odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. One winner per household. Proper identification must be presented to collect prize. Tee times available up to 14 days in advance by contacting Bowling Green Golf Club pro shop 973.697.8688, ext. 1. In the event the prize goes unclaimed by June 30, 2012, Bowling Green Golf Club may in its sole discretion; hold another drawing and the prize will be forfeited.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decision of Bowling Green Golf Club which is final and binding on all matters pertaining to this drawing. This drawing is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. By entering this drawing, participants release and hold harmless Bowling Green Golf Club, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this drawing.
